have you tried everything the self-help books and social media accounts Say will help you feel better but you Still feel the same?

Maybe you have even tried therapy and said it wasn’t for you.

Then this is a space for you…it’s time for lasting change.

How is therapy with me different?

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! I understand that traditional therapy can sometimes feel a bit stale and impersonal, which is why I take a more conversational and relaxed approach. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can explore some of life’s toughest challenges.

Many clients who have had less-than-great experiences with therapy in the past find my style refreshing and engaging. I believe in showing up authentically and, when the moment calls for it, sprinkling in some humor to lighten the mood!

I work with busy professionals, stressed-out parents, and anyone navigating life transitions who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Using a somatic approach, I help clients tune into their bodies and understand what they’re feeling. We’ll work together to calm your mind through deep breathing techniques and mindfulness practices.

I know that having something tangible to take away from our sessions is important. That’s why I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to help you make progress towards your goals outside of our time together. When it’s appropriate, I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you overcome past trauma and break through any barriers you may be facing in therapy.

Let’s embark on this journey together and make meaningful changes in your life!
